Can back pain/leg pain/pelvic pain be associated with IBS??

Because i was diagnosed with it today.
I get abdominal pain, bloating after meals and pain sometimes whilst eating, constipation every now and again, back pain and groin area pain - all on and off.
But i was wondering if it can give you severe back pain (lower and middle) and top leg pain (groin)?
And does anyone know why it could do?
Thanks!
Xo.

Yes, it depends on the cause of your IBS? I agree see what foods are the trigger foods, the foods to avoid and then try and get your vitamins from another source. Best of Luck

Yes it can because with IBS your body isn't fully utilizing all the nutrients from your food. You are mal-absorbing and probably would benefit from vitamins and supplements.

I found my IBS symptoms were actually from wheat intolerance. Many people are suffering from it because there is so much wheat used in our diet, hidden wheat.
