Left lower abdominal/pelvic pain..dull ache when urinating? |
Woke up this morning with dull ache in left lower abdominal/pelvic area, and when I went to the bathroom it seemed to make the pain a bit worse (but still not really bad..just twinges of pain). However, NO burning at all with urination! It also hurts a bit worse if I stand up and stretch. ANY IDEAS?? We are TTC and I'm about 6 DPO (I believe)..could it be related to pregnancy?
