Causes of women's pelvic pain?

lots of things. fibroids, ovarian cysts, bladder infection... see your doctor.

Most likely related to the ovaries or something else going on in the female reproductive organs.

Could be appendix (depending on the side and where the pain is). Could also be gall bladder. Or just a pulled muscle.
