Pelvic pain and fresh bleeding 1 1/2 weeks after period any idea?

I had a c-section 6 months ago and have PCOS. But thought symptoms had left since got preggers naturally. But after my last period I thought I had a bladder infection and yeast infection (I think yeast infections give me the bladder infections) I treated both. But Ive started having increasing uteral pain and now lots of bright red bleeding, weakness, and nuasa. Ive felt cyst lately but they subsided once my period came. Im kinda scared becuase I know someone that had these symptoms and it turned out to be cervical cancer. And since I carry cist sometimes for a long time Im at risk. I see the doctor tommarrow but am freaking out. Could it be something else? I didn't think PID's cuased this kind of bleeding, and its not like cramp pain its burning and sharp pain. Any other ideas? I want to be able to sleep tonight but keep worrying.

Well it turns out, incase anyone reads this, that it was becuase of the steroid shots my pain doctor has been giving me. So be carefull women if you recieve these shots you can loose alot of blood from breakdown of your uteral wall. I never thought about the fact that steroids are just extra hormones and that it could induce repeating menstral cycles if you get too many epidural's.

I am glad that you found out the answer to your issue. I had some issues with bleeding one time and the first question my gyn asked was about the treatment that my Pain Management doctor was using and she was not using epidurals. She asked me if my treatment included steroids and it only did one time.

These symptoms can also be indication of other things like endometriosis (an example only). Bringing this up in case it ever turns out that you start to notice them again but without the use of the steroids.

And for sure it's a good warning to be careful with steroids. One of the last times I had done steroids (of the oral kind) I had a huge problem with infections so bad that I had to go on IV antibiotics to clear the problem up.
