You could possibly have an ovarian cyst or a ruptured ovarian cyst.

An ovarian cyst is a fluid filled sac located near the ovaries. Cysts can occur anywhere in the body and are normally non-cancerous and not harmful when left to heal itself.

However, a ruptured ovarian cyst can potentially be very harmful and can produce Life Threatening symptoms.

A common cause of when ruptured ovarian cysts can occur on the ovaries is when you do not release enough luteinizing hormone. This causes eggs to remain attached onto follicles and later develop into cysts and eventually into a ruptured ovarian cyst.

Ruptured ovarian cyst symptoms will vary depending on the individual. However, here are some typical symptoms that could be linked to ruptured ovarian cysts:

- Menstrual irregularities
- Pelvic pain, a constant or intermittent dull ache that may radiate to your lower back and thighs
- Pelvic pain shortly before your period begins or just before it ends
-Pelvic pain during intercourse (dyspareunia)
- Nausea, vomiting or breast tenderness similar to that experienced during pregnancy
- Fullness or heaviness in your abdomen
- Pressure on your rectum or bladder, difficulty emptying your bladder completely.

If you suspect you may be suffering from ruptured ovarian cyst and also experiencing severe pain then it is best to consult your doctor or to visit the hospital.

I wish you the Best!! =)
