I just inserted my IUD & now I've been having brownish spotting & pelvic pain for the past 3 days?

Inserted my IUD on 6/3 started spotting on 6/21 my period is suppose to come around the 27th or so. I've also have had a lot of back pain and some cramps. I took a pregnancy test on the 21st and it came back Negative. Im a 22 yr old with three previous pregnancies and two births. So i don't think im pregnant, i think i would know the signs by now, So what can it be?

This is actually the second time i've inserted and IUD i took it out 6 months ago to try to for another baby but decided i was still to young to have three kids so i re-inserteded it and have had the copper one both times. this is the first time I've had this problem

remembre iud is not 4 everybody!if its too uncomforatble and more spottin in the next weeks then you should stop.

did you do it yourself?

if you are feeling like something is wrong fo see your doctor
