Teenager With Pelvic Pains? **WOMEN ONLY!!** Help!?!?

So I have been suffering from a small eating-disorder (not long few months, small case), but I'm getting over it=]

Anyway, lately I鈥檝e been having pelvic pains (like lower, lower stomach, kind of sharp, sudden pains), and when that happens I start to feel nauseated, but never throw up, sometimes I get a headache or feel a little dizzy (usually after I get the pains). What could be causing this? I鈥檓 a teenager, and I鈥檓 sort of scared, I haven鈥檛 told anyone yet. PLEASE HELP!

Thanks!

*While I had an eating disorder my period stopped for a few months, I'm waiting to see if it will return this month....*

Could that have anything to do with it?

I would go see a doctor. A doc would know better than any of us on Yahoo answers. He/She will know what to do ;)

when u have an eating disorder, ur period will go away if the disorder is bad. talk 2 one of ur parents bout ur pains, they will be able 2 help
