I have pelvic and left side pain during orgasm what is this?

I have been diagnosed with PCOS before and bc of the side effects i had with most of the medications, I stoped taking them.

I have a problem with a bone pain up by my thigh left side and side pain lower abdoman left side also. I feel weak and lotssssss of pain during an orgasm specially( never had intercourse). Why am suffering from this pain?? any helpful tips or related issues u may have had? please tell me how it was and what were you diagnosed with? Thank you all for your kind answers!

Are you overweight by chance? The only thing that helps besides medication is losing weight. If you have tried these things you should have a physical to make sure you are ok. Too many scary things can happen 'down there' that have this type of pain as a symptom. Good Luck <3
