Sharp pain in my pelvic area on the right side? I just found out im pregnant, should I be worried? |
it comes and then its gone and then it comes again, it just started happening a few minutes ago I have my first doctor apointment tomorrow, should I bring it up then? when you go to the doctor let him/her know whats going on. im sure they will put your worries to ease I had the same thing, and was concerned it was an ectopic pregnancy (since I was at high risk). They did an ultrasound and turns out everything was fine. Problem I was having, was constipation lol. Digestive system slows down dramatically once you're pregnant so that your body can absorb all the nutrients. This also causes horrible constipation. I now take stool softeners and drink a freaking gallon of water daily, but still, sometimes I have to poop so bad (but can't) that It hurts to move. Just bringing it up, because I have been having same stabbing symptom, and turns out, that's what it was. It's a possibility for you too, but definately bring up any concerns you have- no matter how trivial- to your doctor. Peace of mind is only hours away:) Good luck, and take care! I'm 10 - 11 weeks, and was worried about it to as i was getting the same pain but mainly in my left side, but aparently it's nothing to worry about, just your ligiments preparing to stretch apparently. But it's probs best to mention it to your doc next time you see them =) I have been getting that aswell im 17 weeks. I was a bit worried but i have been feeling the baby move about so it has calmed my nerves it is probably everything stretching it can be quite painful. Mention it to your doctor tomorrow. Congrats it is probably just you uterus strecthing and growing. but tell your doctor. Yes, and yes. |
