My deep lower left side pain is in my pelvic area. feels crampy but inside me. is it my ovary kidney what? ? you may have ovarian cysts... I've got them and they huuurrrtttt... Assuming your a man since you state "ovaries" I would guess ovary cysts. Perhaps a complete physical is in order, with a PAP smear, when was the last one ? it should be every two years. It could be an infection, a bladder infection. You need to see a doc. |

you may have ovarian cysts...
