Pelvic pain means...Anyone with same symptom?

I woke up to a pain in my pelvic this morning. Its night now and the pain has not subside. I do not have constipation and my period is not near. My tummy feels weird.... Anyone ever had the same symptom?

If you are sexually active, it could be an ectopic pregnancy. I had pelvic pain a year ago and it turned out to be appendicitis. You could be ovulating if its 1/2 way between your periods. It could be gas pains, It could be a pulled muscle, It could be endometriosis, or possibly a ovarian cyst or tortion.
It could be so many things if it doesnt go away by the time you read this, you should probably call your md.

Pelvic inflammatory disease (or disorder) (PID) is a generic term for inflammation of the female uterus, fallopian tubes, and/or ovaries.
