Pelvic pain so bad it hurts to walk?

I am 31 year old female and I have had this pain once before that was this bad and several times just slight pains. It goes from one side of my lower ab to the other, same place where I get the cramps when I'm menistrating. Trust me this isn't cramps. Although the pain is in the same area (really low) it's a completly different pain. This time it's so bad it hurts to get out of a chair and walk, I am bent over when I walk! I am passing gas and it hurts worse to do that... could this just be as simple as having gas or haveing to potty and nothing to worry about? Every time I have this pain weither it's this bad or not I chalk it up to being costipated because it will go away in 4 or 5 days. could it be something else? Should I worry? Thanks so much. Have a Blessed day.

You need to go and see your gynecologist, it could be nothing more than gas, and you need to take a gas reliever--however you could have fibroids, ovarian cysts, pelvic inflammatory disease or worse. Never mess with these kinds of things, if it is bothering you enough that you are having problems walking--GET IT CHECKED!!! You are too important to the world, to let something bad happen to you--take care of yourself!
What the heck are you doing here??? Go to a DOCTOR, please!!!
Time to go to a doctor!
Good luck
It could be an ovarian cyst, the pain you are describing sounds a lot like poly-cystic ovarian syndrome symptoms. If you are thinking of having children in the future, I'd see a doctor about it. If untreated, it can effect you're ferility badly. Yet, it could just be gas, but to be on the safe side, I'd definitely get that checked out. Hope it's nothing, GOOD LUCK!
I think you may have endometriosis, which is quite serious. It can cause permanent scarring in your fallopian tubes and throughout your uterus, leaving you infertile. I am not a doctor, but have known enough people who have suffered with this condition. You need to be examined by the best OB/GYN you can find, and soon. If you have just recently had this pain, and you think you might be pregnant, it could be an ectopic pregnancy, which is VERY SERIOUS and needs attention right away! Please get to a doctor as soon as you can.
I've had this problem since I was a teenager. It's caused by the eggs passing through your fallopian tubes and it alternates sides every other month. Mine was always more painful on the right because I found out later (about 5 years ago) is that because I had a history of Pelivic Inflammatory Disease, there was alot of scar tissue built up in one tube. It actually caused me to suffer an ectopic pregnancy in 2001. But this kind of discomfort is normal in alot of women that I know. I'd still check w/you ob-gyn for treatment options but its normally nothing too serious. Take lots of motrin if you can, during that time....good luck!
You need to get a gynocologist's exam. I had some severe pain similar to this that got progressively unbearable and discovered it was ovarian cysts. They are usually not a serious problem but can get quite large in size and numbers causing terrible pain and may require medical treatment. Never ignore your body if something is out of the norm. A woman knows her body and should see a doctor if there is any question of there being a problem. Early detection and regular physicals are your safety net from many women's issues. God Bless!
