Severe pelvic pain.?

I know this is not a doctors office but need a little advice possibly until tomorrow. Friday morning, I woke up with bad cramps, not period cramps just achy pelvic cramps. I thought nothing of it, thought it would go away. Saturday morning, same thing all day Saturday they hurt plus it hurt to sit down. Today same thing. Wondering if anyone has experienced this? I was supposed to start Jan. 19th. Did not start, negative blood pregnancy test. I am aching horribly. I am calling doctor tomorrow am just wanted to throw this out there.

Check out webmd.com and look under causes of my pelvic pain. There you will find a host of symptoms and what diseases or problems can cause those symptoms. It may give you a better idea of what you could have. You will be able to match your symptoms up with a cause. Be sure and give the doctor all of your symptoms so that he will be able to make an accurate diagnosis. Hope this helps. If the pain gets too bad you may want to consider the emergency room. God bless you!
There would be a couple of things that could be going on. First, you could possibly have an STD like chlamydia. It is associated with severe abdominal cramping. Sometimes that is the only symptom you have. It can also cause you to miss a period. Second, you could have an ovarian cyst, but that would not cause a missed period. But, ovarian cysts also cause a lot of abdominal discomfort. I would definitely suggest you see your doctor right away to see for sure what is going on.

You might have a urinary tract infection. I get them. I have had bladder spasms/cramps so bad that I went to the emergency room. Drink lots of water. Cranberry juice is also good for urinary tract. Caffeine irritates your bladder. Definitely call the doctor tomorrow.
U did say pelvic pain right? As in bone? Did u fall down recently, cause if u did, it could be a small fracture, or if u fell on your butt, u could have fractured your sacrum, or tailbone. That's what i thought when u said it hurt to sit down. It could really be a number of things, but just take it easy til u find out from your doctor....and GOOD LUCK!
I have actually recently gone to the hospital and doctor about something that sounds like it could be the same thing. I had incredibly bad pains..it occured real sharp the first time..so sharp in fact that I saw the little glitters in my eyes and felt that I would pass out. They diagnosed me with a ruptured ovarian cyst. All women have cysts before their period but some are in bad places on the ovary which can cause a sore type of pain. And some of the cysts can rupture and the blood from the rupture can irritate the ovaries as well. The doctor MAY double check and make sure its not appendicidis whereas you will have to go through a CT scan but thats harmless. And you may have to go through ultrasounds. But what you are describing sounds to me like the same thing. If your not already on birth control they will probably put you on it to keep you from having these cysts. Hope I helped. Good luck
This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
