Question about pelvic pain?

i went to the dr, today becuase for the past 3 months i have been having a terrible pain in my pelvic region on and off my period, so i was pretty sure it wasn't cramps. the doctor assumed it was a bladder infection even though my urine sample came up normal. i am due for a follow up on thursday. i wanted to know what are some possbile causes for my pain. it has gotten worse over the past months and i missed my period, i am not sexually active and i am 16 years old... any help?? oh the doctor did ask me if i have a family history of endometriosis and i dont sooooooooo

endomitriosis is not necessarily hereditary. But the first thought that came to mind was a hyrneia. Are you active in sports of or something that could tear a muscle? Get checked for a hernyia
it could be your ovaries(cysts or maybe one burst) , your cervix, your uterus, or endometriosis...you need to see a qualified OB/GYN to figure out what this could be. don't mess with your health.
I have ovarian cyst....I have pelvic pain sometimes around my period...my OBGYN told me that hormone levels will cause them to enlarge and that is what causes the pain....Have an ultrasound to check that everything is ok.....
