I have been having pelvic pain and im 37wks 5 days should i be worried?

every morning when i wake up and sometimes its constant thru out the day. my stepmom says its the baby just dropping down but ive had this for about a week and a half

Yes, totally normal. Your baby has dropped down, therefore putting more pressure on your pelvic area. This pressure/pain/uncomfort will last for as long as your carry the baby. Try lying on your side to ease the pressure or sitting with your feet up on pillows higher that your tummy.

Good luck! Source(s): Mom of 2
at your next doctor visit (I am assuming you are going weekly now) mention it to your doc. It could just be the baby dropping and putting pressure on your pelvis, totally normal.
Been pregnant twice.
i would talk to your doctor about that better safe then sorry
You can let the docotor know but it just sounds the the baby bearing down in that area. It happened to me
Your lucky its just happening now I had it for my last three months it was from the pelvis opening wider to allow for the baby to come out it hurt bad to walk but its nothing to worry about just something you will have to deal with for the next few weeks tell your doctor next visit and if you can already take tylenol to ease the pain.
