How to prevent pelvic pain?

I think it's from bowel, but how do I prevent these things? I get them randomly every day and it hurts man!

The best way to prevent something is to find out what is causing it. I think a visit to the doctor is in order. Please see your doctor to find out what is going on. It would help to have a lot more information:
Is this a recent problem?
Or has it been going on for a long time?
Is it every day or only certain times of the month?
Is it accompanied by diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, etc?
How long due the episodes last?
Is there any pain?

There are so many things it would help to know. Please see your gynecologist for a diagnosis or referral (if it is determined not to be pelvic related) and then you will also find out what needs to be fone to prevent the pain. Source(s): I'm an R.N.
