Urinary frequency and pelvic pain can mean a bladder infection. It can also be a symptom of Chlamydia.
It's impossible to know what's wrong without seeing a health care provider for and exam and lab tests.
You could have a Urinary tract infection? I would go to the dr and get examined

You are having classic urinary tract infection symptoms. frequent urination, pelvic pain, painful urination. Some people are more susceptible due to diet, their panties (you should use breathable cotton) or their chemical makeup. Sometimes you can get them from sex, as well. Get to your doctor for some antibiotics ASAP. If you let it go too long, it will become quite painful. In the meantime, drink LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of water - you may be able to flush out the bacteria before it gets bad.
