I am about 30 weeks pregnant with pelvic pain help?

i am 30 weeks about (give or take a few days lol) and i have been (recently) having lots of pelvic pain. this isnt my first baby but i dont remember feelin like this with my first, i am going to the bathroom fine. no burning and no constipation. but it does seem to hurt more when i have to pee (fuller bladder) i just want to know if its completely normal or should i contact my doctor? could it just be round ligament pains? or the baby putting pressure on my pelvis? i do feel the baby move normally (i think she was practicing gymnastics last night before i went to sleep LOL) but the pain is bad when i get up or change positions when laying down (like from right side to left or vice versa) and when i walk sometimes too. thanks

I would call teh doc.. if it hurts when you have to pee it could be a bladder infection.. I got those numerous times with my first pregnancy... Yeah there can be ligament pains going on too when you describe about moving, however it should not hurt when you have to pee.. it is not connected.. Definately check with your doc.. A UTI causes burning true, but a bladder infection is different..
