I'm pregnant with triplets and I'm having alot of pelvic pain what can this mean? How far along are you? I am pregnant with twins, 29 weeks today, hurray, anyway, the pressure from all that weight can cause pelvic pain. I am assuming you have three placentas as well. Some people say, well if each of your babies weigh 3 lbs, you only have 6 lbs up there, they don't think that there is also each placenta weighing in at a pound or more each, and then each seperate sack of fluid. Where a typical pregnancy only has one sack of fluid. Call your doctor, sometimes the pelvic pressure and pain can be a sign of impending pre-term labor. They will check your cervix and then probably put you on bed rest or restricted activity if they have not already. If your doc is unavailable or you can't reach him/her just go to the labor and delivery if you are past 20 weeks, ER if you are not, you don't want to take a chance, they can stop or signifigantly reduce pre-term labor if caught in time and keep those little ones up there a little longer. Congrats. How far along are you..there probably fighting over space! RN L&D Oh lord! God bless you girl, and we are all worried about having one baby... I don't know what that means but i would ask your doctor and express your discomfort... 12 &3/4 weeks with baby#1 |
