| *Women health>>>Pelvic Pain |
I am 38 weeks and i'm having lots of pelvic pain? |
i have lots of pain in the pelvic area and the doctors say she is low and has been like that for 1month already. i have been dong everything drinking the teas walking having sex etc. i dont know what more to do. when the baby moves i have pinching like pains down there what could all this mean?? you're close i was in the same position you were in... i had a lot a increasing pelvic pressure for weeks until i had my son the pinching pains you're having could be contractions but that doesnt neccesarily mean that you're in labor. its normal to have a contraction or 2 an hour weeks before you actually deliver just wait it out... keep walking and keep having sex, baby will be here in no time good luck im 38 weeks also, and have been having similar pains, like it feels like he is kicking my cervix, and i have extreme pressure. Theo nly diffrence is, i was told yesterday that my baby is still floating, which makes no sence to me ,seeing as i have every sign that he has dropped, it just means that labor is soon well it doesnt really mean anything. what your describing is normal. just try to stay off your feet and get as comfortable as you can. you are already considered fullterm, so abby can come anyday now. good luck congrats. It could simply be everything starting to stretch (tendons and ligaments) in preperation for delivery. As your pelvis begins to open so does everything around it. Hopefully you wont have to endure this much longer. You are almost full term!!! Maybe you should try heading to the doctor to get it checked out! It could be something mi nor but it could also be important I started having this at week 28 (then went into pre-term labor at 30 weeks.) My doctor told me that it was the baby pushing against my cervix (she is so eager to get out.) I'm on bedrest now and I continue to have these problems. Sadly there isn't a lot I can do about it. I was dialated at 30 weeks and I worry that the pains will make me dialate more, but my doctor assures me that those pains are not from dialation. Just think though, pretty soon you'll have your little one (I'm 33 weeks...I still have a little ways to go...probably only to 36 weeks seeing that I can't stop contractions without medicine.) You'll forget about these pains once you have your little one in your arms. I was jealous of all the women who had babies while I layed in the hospital for a week to stop contractions. |
