Not sure anything is going to help, I had this bad with my first pregnancy specially hurt when I was putting on pants, shorts etc..... Good luck.
I had the exact same problem from my eighth month on. Th pain was at it's worst when i got in and out of my truck and when i tried to reposition in bed at night. It hurt so bad that it would wake me up. My doctor said the only thin gi could do was "have the baby" which was the truth. Good luck and hang in there!!
I had the same thing with my first pregnancy, it is totally normal. Mine started when I was getting up off the floor at Lamaze class. It was so hard to walk and I could barely lift my feet off the ground. I told the dr. and he said it was the ligamints stretching. One morning I woke up and the pain was just gone. I want to say it lasted a few weeks. I just did a quick search for round ligament pain so her is a site with a little info for you. www.babycenter.com/refcap/preg...
It happened to me too.
