Pelvic pains..?

I'm in my early 20's and a virgin, and I've been getting sharp pains in my pelvic area for about 14 days now that hurt to the point I am doubled over in pain gasping for air until they are over with. The last one was Saturday, but since that one, I've had a dull achey feeling all around that area and in my lower back. My period is late too, it is about 9 days late now. I've been stressing a lot lately, but haven't these pains been going on too long to be regular menstrual pains? What else could they be?

i suggest u consult a doctor for ur problem, preferably a gynecologist
go get a pap, it could be cysts.
probably period pains, but then again maybe not.. stressing is not going to help .. and thats probably why you are late. you should go see a doctor though because there could be many different things .. I too have had this happen and they thought it was my appendix.. but my advice is to go see a doctor
You could have an ovarian cyst. They normally go away on their own and don't require medical treatment. If you are worried about it, see a gynecologist or your gp for a pelvic ultrasound.
