It's 50/50 and the only way to really know is to get a test done.

When I first found out I was pregnant in 2005 I'd convinced myself that I had pre-period pains but it was really the placenta attaching itself to my uterus that was causing the dull ache.
You could be, get a pregnancy test done on yourself.
get a pregnancy test...8 days is kinda a bit too early to tell..see what happens in 2 weeks or something
P on a stick. If neg, try again in a week.
maybe get a test.
Do not guess, go take a pee on a stick test. They are 99% accurate! You will never get a false positive so if it come out positive go see your OBGYN. Good luck and possibly Congratulations!
50/50 really. Chances are that you're not, unless you've not been using any birthcontrol. I've missed mine before and suddenly I get all these symptons and then I'd freak out.

Put your mind at ease. Grab a test, its the only way!
