tell your Dr. asap.
It's always good to call your doctor about the pains, but it may just be ligament pains. Even on the 4th, they can be strectching again, and cause severe pain. It feels like nerve pain rather than muscle pain. This is normal and is nothing to worry about.
It could be a charlie horse, or just your diet. Try drinking more water for circulation. Also cut back on the salt intake, and excercise more. Your body is just reacting to the weight shift when your get up from the couch or bed. It shouldn't be anything serious. I know my pelvic area hurt also when I was pregnant last year,my doctor told me that it is sometimes do to the baby's position in the body. It is probably an arm, leg, or elbow hitting you in an uncomfortable way. Notify your doctor, and ask about excercises you can do to help prevent that.
Right call your doc and let him know and ask them. Its always the safest precaution and thats what theya re here for! and get payed for as well! Its probably a funny nerve getting punched, i had that alot but it wasnt till my 4th month.
drink more water and take some Tylenol when it happens but tell your doctor about it at your next appointment.
