I am having severe pains that start in my pelvic area and goes right through my legs.Any answers?

I would suggest you consult with a doctor as soon as possible.
May be a pinched nerve, pinched disc, bruised disc, etc. How long has it been going on? If it is recent, maybe you just pulled a muscle. If it has been slowly working it's way up to severe, I would get thee to a doctor and find out for sure.
Go to your doctor. It could be serious. But hopefully it won't.
