Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Cure?

Is there any possibility to get rid of POSC and its side effects permanently with removing womb after giving birth?

Even after hysterctomy, the PCOS symptoms can still be there, especially if the ovaries aren't removed. One theory is that it's the insulin resistance that causes the problems and that doesn't get cured by having surgery. For others, a full hysterectomy (removal of uterus & ovaries ) appears to work.

Check out the following websites for information.

I, too, have PCO. My diagnosing gyno prescribed me with metformin (Glucophage) a diabetic medication. It works, and you lose weight, too. He also had me stop drinking dark soft drinks, like Coke, Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, etc. I switched to clear and it worked well, too. My current gyno has never heard of this, but I swear by it.

I have PCOS and I have never heard of a cure. If there was one I would be doing it right now.

Yes there is a cure to PCOS, I have been cured, I am unsure as to how long I had PCOS for but I cured it in a few weeks,
WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT LISTEN TO THE OTHER ANSWERS METFORMIN IS NOT THE ANSWER,
There is a info sheet available on ebay for about $10 it is brilliant I suggest you purchase it. It will tell you all you need to know about PCOS, There are many causes and many cures,

having a hysterectomy will not help with pcos. pcos is not a reprodcutive disorder, although many of the symptoms are seen in the reproductive system. it is an endocrine disorder which means that it is more complicated. at this time, this condition can only be managed not cured.

also, kristy- what's with the infor sheet on ebay? if you've been cured then why did you post a question abt what natural cures people have used.
