Polycystic Ovary Syndrome birth control?

I just got diagnosed with this and I am so relieved because now I know why I have these crazy periods, weight gain, and hair growth.

The gyno gave me Yaz and I don't know if it will cause anxiety. For those of you also suffering from this what kind of birth control are you on and what are the side effects?

i take loestrin 24, it is great. I havent had any side effects and i have been on it for a year. At first when i started taking it i had my period for about 3wks but it was VERY light and the reason why i got that was so that the pills could get in my system. but other than that i have no complaints. I hope this helps!!
