what is the best way to loose weight I have PCOS too. The best thing I've found that works for me is exercise, and limiting your intake of fatty and sugary foods. I also limit my intake of complex carbohydrates such as rice, pasta, potatoes and bread. In other words, eat sensibly and EXERCISE!
