I m recently diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome.i m 24. is it possible to be completely get rid of it? No, you cannot get rid of it and there is no "cure" for PCOS. The best that can be done is managing the symptoms medically to prevent problems. Keep in mind, you are not alone. PCOS is the most common reproductive problem in females of childbearing age. The cause is unknown but the syndrome seems to run in families. Source(s): I'm an R.N. |
