Plz help

It's possible, as PCOS symptoms can start around puberty, but she's also pretty young to be able to say for sure, as her hormones may not have reached adult levels yet. Mine started becoming noticeable when I was about 12. Many women with PCOS have very irregular periods, but at age 13 it isn't unusual to not have started your periods yet. At such a young age, hair growth can be just hormones trying to sort themselves out, or it could be a symptom of an underlying problem. Does she have any other PCOS symptoms? These can include irregular periods, being obese, having bad acne (worse than other kids your age), hair on top of her head getting thin, dark patches of skin (my mom always thought my neck was dirty, but I just had dark skin on the back of my neck), or skin tags (look like small raised moles). Many women with PCOS do not use insulin correctly, a problem that is called insulin resistance, which is not the same thing as diabetes. If your friend has other PCOS symptoms or if she thinks something is wrong, she should talk to her parents about seeing a doctor. Source(s): I have PCOS
It is possible, but diabetes is also frequently associated with the syndrome as well as obesity. Adrenal disease can cause some of the same symptoms with high BP, Cushings disease.Have her see a GYN doctor.
have her go to the doctor to see whats up...she could have that, but really wouldnt show signs later...we girls have our ovaries for a long time and hav ea lot of them, good luck!
u mean she haven't have her period yet?at all?the age in which ones first menstruates.depends by many factors,,maybe hereditary or.,under active tyroid glands. As for being haired, race ,genetic or a medical condition may cause it,if she do not menstruate till the age of 15.she wud better see a doc,
Yes.This disease usually arises in young women, and associated with virilising symptoms. It is assumed that such an ovary produces the male harmone, the androgen. They may develop amenorrhoea, infertility, obesity, hirsutism and acne.
