Two pregnancies later and I have a belly I can't get rid of. Any suggestions would be helpful?


I'm not 'overwieght' I'm 5'2" and I wiegh 101lbs... So dieting would be kind of silly for me. I just want to know if there are any EFFECTIVE exercises that can be done to lose say, an inch of belly fat and firm up the muscles. After my first baby it was fine, but its been a year since my second was born and I can't seem to get rid of this.

You know sit ups?
Do fifty a day.
Lie down, put your feet on a chair, your hips underneath, cross your arms over your chest and sit up.
You'll have a toned flat tummy in a month.

i know how u feel. i had a baby in august and before i got pregnant i weighed 120 after i had her i weight 146. im trying everything and cant get rid of it. i dont know of any exercises that works.

PILATES.. they work wonders, and isn't hard to stick with.

all of my sisters just walked...not a whole lot it took a while but it came off...so just walk
