After pregnancy what is the best way to get tight again u know down there?lol sorry this is a awkward question

with out surgery

kiegels mussle excirse for your vigina

hun it goes back to normal most of the time the vagina is like a rubberband kind of it can stretch and go back to normal.but you can do kegel excersizes and it helps. i have had 3 kids but 1 was natural the other 2 c section, and lol sex sometime is still a bit painful. so dont worry to much about it.

Surgery is a last resort. Kegel exercises are best and you should have been instructed to do them predelivery. Done properly and regularly they really work. Trust me, I've had nine children and I know they work.

give your body time to heal itself, you should be fine. But I have heard that a quick bath in vinegar (smelly so shower afterwards) can cause the va jay jay muscles to stiffen and tighten temporarily.

You could do kegel excercises every day throughout your pregnancy, as well as after you give birth. It will help with your delivery as well.

lol the man jp or w/e says the same thing what my man says. lol just throw in a couple more stitches...
Exercice your kegal muscles. I hate doing that cuz it feels so0o weird.

I heard it takes like 10 years for the thing to fully close again, but who cares work with what you got.
