Period, pregnancy?

Im not due for my period until around the 22nd of this month. Yesterday, I had a very slight brown discharge. Today, it got heavier. Im 17 and sexually active. Last month, I had my period on the 20th. I had sex the second day (protected of course). I dont take birth control though.

Whats going on with the discharge? Would you consider this normal? This hasnt happened to me since I had an irregular cycle.

What are the pregnancy chances here? Could this be a symptom of pregnancy?

How would I be able to tell if its implantation bleeding?

You really can't tell if you're pregnant until you're 3-4 weeks. So I would say wait it out and if you don't have your regular period take a home preg test. But if it's really really bothering you, talk to your Dr. They can do a blood preg test that can tell if you're preg the moment it happens. I've had this happen to me before and it turned out to be nothing.
