Sex & pregnancy at 14?

im 14, and i had about, 13 weeks ago, i should have had 3 periods, but i havent had them, i missed a pill 2 days before having sex, i did use a condom. it was a one night thing. now im worried i could be preggers. i took 3 pregnancy tests and they all came back neg, but im worried... please help...

Go to the doctors, even if its for peace of mind. Stress and worry could be delaying it but at 14 your periods would be all over the place anyway, esp can get messed up if you dont take your pill properly. So in future make sure you dont forget your pill, ALWAYS use a condom...and stay away from boys and their penises, unless you want to risk infection, pregnancy and being used...dont have sex till your the legal age of consent - 16 in England and america i believe each state has a different age....but i know its a hell of a lot older than 14! You probably will ignore this anyway as you were dumb enough to have sex at such a young irresponsible age.

It sounds unlikely that youre pregnant. the pill can do strange things to girls as young as you but i recommend you see your Dr and are honest with him about having sex just to be sure. while you really need to think hard about having sex at 14 for all the reasons in the answers, if you are going to then you are sensible to use the pill but it may not be the right one for you if it is messing up your cycle. Im going to sound boring and old fashioned i know, but honestly, save sex for when you meet someone special. its so much better and if its the only way to get a boy to like you then hes not worth it. Value yourself and dont sell yourself cheap. you are worth more than a 1 night stand.

So you're all grown up at 14 and having sex already! Well, perhaps you should have thought about the worry of a pregnancy BEFORE you started having sex! it's called being 'informed'. Jo-Ann M? please don't worry about your girls. I had three daughters and NONE of them chose to have sex at that age, in fact two of them were over 19 and the other one (being the youngest) was 20! NONE of them had babies until they were around the age of 25 and in stable relationships. So chill, not every girl out there is dropping them at 14.

if you have done 3 tests all negative then you probably are not pregnant. Have you spoken to someone? if you haven't had a period in the next couple of days go to see your doctor.At 14 you are too young to be having sex especially one night stands. It isn't just about getting pregnant that should worry you, have you heard about all the std's you can catch if you have unprotected sex!

Go back to the family planning clinic or the doctor who prescribed your pill and tell them about your missed periods. Since 3 tests have been negative it's not likely that you are pregnant but you should have a doctor figure out why you are missing your periods. It might be nothing more than stress because you have worried so much about the pill you missed but you won't get the right answer here. You need a doctor to tell you what's happening.

aaaaarrrrrggggggghhhhhhh!!!! You're freaking me out. I've got two daughters of 7 and 6 and I hope it's another 20 years before they're contemplating pregnancy tests. Its not likely that you are pregnant because of the negative tests, however, your periods are a problem. The pill can mess your periods up a lot, they did that to me so you should realy talk to your doctor about it, just to be on the safe side. There isnt a point in saying DONT HAVE SEX, because i know you wont listen.. i was EXACTLY the same as you at your age, and people of this generation are begining to change.. not that it is a good thing, but come on.. it's reality!! I suggest you call your doctor & set up an appointment.
Talk to your Mom & let her know what is happening to you.
If you need a different adult to talk to you might try Planned Parenthood or School Nurse,etc. It only takes one time to become pregnant even if the tests say no.

why oh why at the age of 14 are you having sex,firstly go to the doctors or the family planning centre,didnt you have to have parents consent at 14 to go on the pill?you could be or you might not be but you will never know if you dont get to see someone soon,you cant leave this

At 14 your periods may still be irregular anyway, although worrying about becoming pregnant is adding stress and might have some effect.

You do of course realise what you are doing is illegal and totally immoral at your age don't you?

It's sad that your cheating yourself. you should not be having sex at 14. You should be thinking about other things that kids think about not grown up issues like pregnancy and sex. What ever happened to education and self pride.

body changing and period can be irregular like mine I am pretty regular have it about around the beginning of the month give or take 2-3 days always keep track and go see a doctor to make sure you are not pregnant because codoms do brake

Worrying could stop your period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but also most teenagers periods can be irregular. but go see your gp to be sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are adult enough to have sex, then you should be adult enough to know that you don't have unprotected sex!

I think you should go to the doc's even if your not up the duff your doc will be able to help with the missing periods

if you took 3 tests and they all came back neg, then your not.....Don't worry at your age your periods are all over the place especially if your on the pill

If they are negative then you wont be pregnant its normal to miss a period sometimes at your age i miss my periods sometimes don't worry about it too much but if you are concerned go visit your doctors .

Who put you on the pill at 14? you must have had your parents approval, if so please talk to them about it.
