Is the usage of condom in males 100% safe to avoid pregnancy in women?

No, using a condom is NOT 100% safe, even if it is brand new. Your friend might want to use a spermicide or other form of birth control along with you using a condom. If both of you are using a form of birth control, the chances are greatly decreased.
