Is the usage of condom in males 100% safe to avoid pregnancy in women? |
Will there be any leakage in the condom if it is a new one? NO FORM OF CONTRACEPTION IS 100% SAFE NO! Condoms are not 100% effective against pregnancy or STDs. Their effectiveness depends on how properly they are used. Generally said to be 95% effective against pregnancy. Which sounds great, until you realize that is a 1 in 20 chance. Of course it's not it's only %89 safe for std 's and pregnancy but tell your girlfriend to get on the pill that'll be like %99 safe and there would be leakage because even the best comdom producers make defected comdoms that you can't notice or you'll put it on wrongly so condom+pill= safeR=) No, using a condom is NOT 100% safe, even if it is brand new. Your friend might want to use a spermicide or other form of birth control along with you using a condom. If both of you are using a form of birth control, the chances are greatly decreased. |
