Is the scar thikness after ceserean section decides that in second time pregnancy we may go for VBAC or not? |
Is the 3.5mm STC is not recommended to go for labour in second pregnancy. Can we may go for labour with 3.5mm. It isn't the thickness of the scar, but the type of incision that you had for your c-section. If you have a low-transverse incision, they are the least likely to rupture. If you had a classic vertical incision, then a VBAC can be risky, and the risk for a uterine rupture is much higher then with the low-transverse incision. |
