What should i not use and wear during pregnancy?

such as what kind of perfume and hygiene products should i use and whats products should i use what is the dos and donts during pregnancy

i read not to wear scented things so trying to make sure and not to drink caffine can i eat ice cream like fruit ice cream or does it need to be 100% fruit well what are ALL OF THE DOS AND DONTS OF PREGNANCY

Just don't douche. Other than that, all perfumes and hygiene products are fine as long as they don't bother you. My sense of smell was so over-the-top that I couldn't stomach having a scent on me.

EDIT: Basically you need to keep yourself healthy. Some simple things to keep in mind: make sure your meats are cooked properly. Avoid certain soft cheeses (and unpasteurized ones). Drink plenty of water. Don't have too much caffiene (you can have a little). Avoid alcohol. Eat plenty of fruit and veggies.
Don't change your cat's litter.

Here is a link for some simple do's and don'ts of pregnancy:

within reason you can do everything you did before you were pregnant unless you are high risk, and since i'm guessing this is your first time being pregnant odds are you are not high risk. You can't use a dusche when you are pregnant and obviousy common sense no alcohol, no smoking etc.
Wear what is comfortable. You may notice an increased sense of smell and that along with morning sickness may make it so you can't wear perfume because of the smell.
Good luck
