Do u loss weight or gain weight doing pregnancy? Well, since there's a human being growing within the womb, I would hope you'd be gaining weight. Not only is there gain from the growth of the baby, but also weight from the placenta, the amniotic fluid, the increased blood volume, etc. If you're losing weight, that's a bad thing. A good average number is 20 pounds. But a lot of that can be lost within the first 3 months after having the baby. Actually I lost weight during my pregnancy I am however overweight and was being careful about what I ate so I ended up losing 20lbs during the 9 months. And I know of some people who because of morning sickness have lost weight as well. However it is typical to lose. You do not lose weight if you're pregnant, you gain it. |
