Is it considered safe sex, only in terms of pregnancy to *** inside a girl who is taking the pill regularly?

Prety straightforward, just wondering about the above. No lectures on std's please - I'm in a relationship and just really concerned about getting her pregnant so I always pull out but she says she wants me to *** inside her, so just wondering do most people practice it that way. Thanks.

STD's aside, yes many couples where she is on the pill finish the full sex act. As long as she is taking the pill CORRECTLY then you have super minimal worry. Skipping pills, forgetting to take them, and not taking them at the same time every day puts the chances of pregnancy into a slightly higher category. With perfect use, the pill is about 97% effective.

ADD: Doctors have been looking recently into whether women who are overweight or have a higher BMI (body mass index) have a greater chance of becoming pregnant on the pill. Their theory is that overweight women would absorb the hormones from the pill sooner than the 24 hour window recommended between each pill and be less protected.

The absolute BEST thing that you can do, if you are concerned about an unplanned pregnancy is to "back-up" The Pill with condoms.

Yes, The Pill is 98% effective, however, I should tell you that I have known many women who have become pregnant while on The Pill. Even though the level of effectiveness is high, human error can come into play, such as forgetting to take The Pill at all, or failing to take it at the same time each and every day.

So to be frank, unless you are with her every day when she's supposed to be taking The Pill, you have no real idea of just how diligent she has been in taking it.

I strongly advise you to protect yourself against becoming a Dad long before you're ready to.

Wearing a condom -- even in a relationship -- on top of your partner taking The Pill is just plain smart.

My bf and I have sex without a condom but I am on birth control. He doesn't pull out or anything and I consider that safe sex between us because we are in a serious monogamous relationship. We are not trying to get pregnant but we both hate condoms. We understand that there is a chance that we could get pregnant. We often talk about it and we have decided what we are doing is right for us. You just need to talk with her and decide what is best for you. If you are really worried about getting her pregnant wear a condom too.
