How can I obtain that? What exercises? What type of eating, how many times a week should I do the exercises and how long should it take? Are there any of you who have abs Post-Pregnancy? how long has it been since your baby was born? Walking w/ baby is the best, sit ups check w/ your Dr. before you to start exercising. Eat healthy avoid sugar and junk food. just remember that those muscles have been s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d out and it will take some time to get them back to pre-pregnancy shape (if they ever completely do w/o surgery). you can visit this link and search http://phblogger.net/articles/ there is a lot of articles that might help you there. My sister has flat abs but she maintains a strict diet with no sugar. I would recommend you to just take daily walks with your baby, and keep your diet balanced. |
