Is it possible to get abs after pregnancy?


How can I obtain that? What exercises? What type of eating, how many times a week should I do the exercises and how long should it take? Are there any of you who have abs Post-Pregnancy?

my daughter was 4months old when i got back into intense training. im a field hockey player so things can get very physical and you must be pysically fit to keep up with not only the opposition but your own team!! lol

i do have abs and i got them through eating food with lots of iron and proteins. lots of carbs and 2 sets of 10 sit ups every morning.

also going for walks or runs every second day helped.

dont give up... awlays remember you carried a baby for 9 months with little or no strenuous physical activities....it takes time, but you'll get there!

Walking w/ baby is the best, sit ups check w/ your Dr. before you to start exercising. Eat healthy avoid sugar and junk food. just remember that those muscles have been s-t-r-e-t-c-h-e-d out and it will take some time to get them back to pre-pregnancy shape (if they ever completely do w/o surgery).

My sister has flat abs but she maintains a strict diet with no sugar. I would recommend you to just take daily walks with your baby, and keep your diet balanced.
