Are you reffering to what comes out before they ejactulate? If you are, its pre-ejaculate and yes it contains sperm. Once sperm hit the air, they die. BUT if this happened inside your body then you could get pregnant from it. You can call planned parenthood (search them on yahoo to find one near you & call, they can get you emergency contraception, the "morning after pill" or "plan B") you have about 3-5days to get this, but DONT wait 5 days, get it as soon as possible. This pill will prevent your eggs from being fertilized, but if you wait and get pregnant, it will NOT end the pregnancy/harm the baby. (pregnant= fertilized egg). You can also call your family doctor, or if you are in college, your college health center has them. They are anywhere from $15-30. Good luck.

you mean precum? well, there could be c-u-m in the precum, so it would be a good idea to avoid it all together, and use birth control [unless you're trying to have a baby lol]. Anyway, birth control is a good idea, because there's also STDs. You may not know it, but anyone could be carrying HIV. Some people carry HIV, even though they don't have it, and have never had sex. Some people are just carriers. A blood test would be a good idea if anyone's wondering about that.
