Gain at least 30 lbs is a standard so that the child can be born "normal". stay away from drugs, medications, alcohol, chemicals & drugs!! (coffee & sodas too: if you want a smart kid) This is not ment to be a smart a$$ answer, but as soon as you start believing the 'I'm eating for two' crap. you will useualy begin to gain noticible weight at about three months into the pregnancy about every week u should b gaining at least a pound...u wont really notice until u r a couplke months or so pregnant |
