If i want to bruch my teeth it will lead me to vomting what can i do in pregnancy to clean my teeth without vomting?

why don't you try a less "potent" tooth paste... maybe a child's kind that isn't as STRONG as the adults...

Usually your nausea will resolve once you've passed the first 12 weeks or so. Eating small frequent "meals" can also help keep your blood sugar more constant. (Low blood sugar is a common cause of early pregnancy nausea.)

For your mouth in the meantime. Gargle with saltwater. Eat crunchy things (will physically clean your teeth somewhat) almonds, carrots, celery etc. You can try using a small washcloth to rub your teeth. Try using no toothpaste at all.

The vomiting can really suck! It will pass!

You don't have to use tooth past this is just for freshness and you can use mouthwash for that. Brush after every meal so that you don't have to brush so long and just do a quick brush after you eat to keep the grime off and then maybe it won't be so bad because your not brushing for a few minutes at a time. Do brush your toungue to far back :)
