How can I lose my post pregnancy stomach without losing weight?

I REALLY need to lose my stomach, i've tried sit ups, they didn't work, I try to wear a girdle everyday-even when I exercise-I weigh about 134 lbs and stand 5'3-everywhere else looks good but my stomach still looks like I'm about 4-5 months pregnant HELP

If your stomach skin has stretch marks, the skin was over stretched and may not ever go back down to normal. If you did not get stretch marks, and you are young, it can take a number of months for your stomach skin to return to normal.
If it hasn't gone back to normal after 18 months, it likely never will.

You have to also remember that your stomach muscles were also stretched and your uterus is not longer the small tight little pear it was pre-pregnancy - it is a wee bit larger now.
However, there is an exrecise you can do that might help a great deal. Whenever you remember, just tighten your lower abdominal muscles. Do it when you walk, lift, bend, or do anything. Not your whole stomach, just your lower abdomen.
After you've been doing this a while it will become second nature, but by that time those muscles of your might just be back to where they were pre-pregnancy.

its probably loose skin you might need to get a tummy tuck .. go to a doctor and ask cuz if you go to a plastic surgen they.ll just say tummy tuck cuz its mor money for them and the doctor maybe able to give you a pill to help it go away faster

lots of pilates, walking and a vegetarian low carb diet..my sister did it and lost more weight than she wanted in just a month after having her baby!
