What is the risks with first pregnancy, rhematoid arthritis and age 46 ?

bc of your age you are going to have more risk, blood pressure issues and gestational diabetes, also the risk of the baby being a downs syndrome baby also increases with age of mother.other then that exercise and be healthy thats all you can do
in general mothers are adapting to have children later then in the past you should be fine!

The biggest risk of being 46 and having a pregnancy is the risk of down syndrome. The older a woman is and pregnancy has an elevated risk of trisomy 21. The probability of having a trisomy 21 disabled child of someone over the age of 45 is 1 in 19. The arthritis will probably be more painful depending on where the joints are inflammed while carrying the weight of the child. Wish you luck!
