How can loose stomach fat after pregnancy?

There are several things to consider:
- Ab exercises tighten the ab muscles and increase muscle mass
- An increase in muscle mass means broad-spectrum fat burning
- This means that you will burn a little bit of fat stored in your thighs, arms, buttocks, etc.
- Ab exercises DO NOT mean that you are concentrating on getting rid of the belly fat, but fat all over the body.

An important distinction needs to be made in the problem you are reporting:

Tightening muscles:
When you are pregnant, the muscles stretch - sometimes beyond repair. You have to really work out the muscles by concentrating on core exercises - balance ball-type.

Losing the belly fat:
You have to decrease the amount of calories that go in versus what you burn. The only way to get rid of the fat is calorie control and a lot of aerobic exercise.

- Drinking a lot of green tea throughout the day has also helped (caffeine is a natural appetite suppressant as well as a calorie burner)
- In the end, if you can afford it, you can undergo a non-invasive procedure that uses ultra-sound waves to break down the fat in that area and turn it into triglycerides. This technique is a bit similar to any ultra-sound imaging technique, but less-invasive than traditional liposuction.

Hormonal changes:
- You have to wait many months before your hormonal levels stabilize. The hormones released while you were pregnant caused you to store extra fat and you have to wait a while before you will see any changes. The residual hormones left in your system may be preventing you from achieving any goals.

You should also know that instead of spending money on weigh-loss products that are expensive and may not work, I would save the money and invest it in some type of medical intervention for the belly fat. There is certain fat, like cellulite, that can't be removed with exercise, dieting, or creams and has to be treated medically.

You have to do cardio to get rid of belly pudge, Doing just crunches or sit ups will do barely anything unless you are working up a good sweat.

Belly fat is the hardest to lose...believe me, i was blessed with the wonderful belly gene (Thanks mom!)
