What could cause sore nipples besides pregnancy or pms? |
I'm in the middle of my cycle so I'm not premenstrual, plus I don't usually get that with my period anyway. I took a pregnancy test just in case but it was negative. They have been sore for about 4 or 5 days. I always get extremely tender breasts and painful nipples for 2 or 3 days every month when I am ovulating, which is usually 10 to 14 days before my period. My doctor has assured me that this happens for a lot of women is due to hormonal changes during my menstrual cycle. This may be what's causing your sore nipples. you can get infections in your nipples. watch for any discharge Hypothyroidism |
