Question About Birth Control and pregnancy ?? Please Answer.?

If my boyfriend finishes inside me on my sixth day of taking birth control and i didnt take it the day after and stopped taking it and didnt really take the birth control at the same time everyday and the first day i was to take it i forgot so i took that one and the one for the following day together would or could i get pregnant? and what are my chances of getting pregnant?

You have definitely decreased the effectiveness of your pills by not taking them at the same time every day. Taken at the same time every day, they are 96-99% effective, but when you do not take them at the same, they may drop down to about 80% effective, or even lower.

Plus, your 6th day of taking birth control is not enough for the pills to become effective in your body. It takes at least 10 days for them to fully go into your system, but it is even better to wait for a month before you have sex without any other forms of protection (like a condom or diaphragm).

Of course, I can't tell you if you ARE pregnant; no one here can. But there is definitely a good chance that you may be pregnant, since your birth control pills likely weren't doing much and you didn't use any other form of protection. Wait until it's around the time of your period, and if it's late you should definitely take a home pregnancy test or go to the doctor's and get a blood test done (which is more reliable but either one will do).

Of course you could be pregnant. Birth control is ONLY 99% effective, and that is ONLY if its taken as prescribed... You've seriously lessened the effectiveness by forgetting it. You should try the nuvaring or patch instead.

Nothing is 100% except for abstinence.

about 25%, the same if you hadn't taken the pills at all. BC pills need at least a week to be effective, they also need to be taken consistantly and correctly every day. take an early responce pregnancy test in a few weeks and remember this as a lesson to take the pills properly.

you're chances of getting pregnant are reallyyy high. you've only been on birth control for like 6 days, and not even consistantly. for birth control to be affective, you have to use it consistantly everyday at the same time, and for like a month

i'm not to sure, i think the chances of pregnancy are unlikely but if you are worrried do a pregnancy test

uhhh pretty highhh
