Missed 3 periods,negative on pregnancy test then what?

I missed 3 periods I gone to the doctoc when I was 1 month then 2 month late on periods but, the results were negative . I still haven't got it. I been having some symtoms like if I was pregnant like vomiting at bight time, eating a lot,craving thing I wouldnt eat,gaining weght, feeling tired. I dont know what's wrong with me. please advice

I think you're imagining the other things, it's psyhcological.

You could get a blood test at a doctor if you haven't already. If you've gone to the doctor and been tested negative, you're probably not pregnant.
Are you really small? I'm pretty small and I've skipped periods a lot.
Do you eat well? People who don't eat a lot will skip periods also because their body determines it's not nourished enough to hold a child. This happens a lot with girls suffering from anorexia.
I once missed 3 periods in a row and it was just because of stress. I was basically so stressed out (how it seems like you are) thinking that I was pregnant after I was late that it made me miss periods, which made me even MORE convinced that I was pregnant, stressing me out more.
It's a vicious cycle. Go to the doctor one more time if it makes you feel better but I would just relax and your period will probably come.
