HELLP Syndrome (during pregnancy)????

I had the hellp syndrome while pregnant with my daughter 8 years ago and would love to have a baby now but the question I have is :
Has anyone out there had the hellp syndrome while pregnant and tried to conceive or had another baby? If yes then did you have hellp syndrome again?
I've asked many doctors and half said I wouldn't have a problem again and others said I would have it again.
I almost died giving birth and had to have an emergency c-section and was only 32 weeks pregnant. My daughter was 2 lbs and 15 oz. She also was dying too. She stayed in the hospital 1 mth 11 days. I also had to have my gal-bladder removed a 2 months after the c-section.
Has anyone had this problem and did you have anymore babies with any problems?

I'm remarried now and wanting to conceive so different partners

HELLP is is deadly complication which occurs in pregnancy "With Hypertension" what is called as Pre-eclampsia and eclampsia.

Its great that u n ur baby recovered well.

HELLP - Haemolysis (rupture of Red cells in Blood) elevated Liver Enzyme (indicating liver damage), Low Platelet (indicating abnormality of blood coagulation system).

This complication is seen when there is uncontrolled high blood pressure during pregnancy.

Sooo... HELLP will occur only if there is UNCONTROLLED HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE accompanying pregnancy...so one should ask about the possibility of repeat Hypertension during pregnancy..

Hypertension that develops during pregnancy is most common in FIRST pregnancy, or pregnancy from a new partner, elderly pregnant lady, pregnant lady with family history of hypertension.

This doesnt means that every pregnant patient with hypertension will develop HELLP.

For you.. age factor is important, some doctors may advice you to take tablet aspirin 75 mg daily through-out pregnacy (upto 34wks if everything fine) and close watch on blood pressure reading...n if it is more then close watch to detect impending HELLP.

Dont be scared..u can try but with care. If ask HELLP will occur or not ...answer is difficult in term of Yes/No
